Sawata Ernandcor Central Elementary School supports the DepEd’s program “Gulayan sa Paaralan”. There are vegetable garden in the
school maintained by the Grades IV-VI pupils. Our school also has vegetables planted in the containers and hanged on the bamboo and in the fences. This is a very good program of the DepEd because these vegetable grown in the garden are being used in feeding the malnourished children in our school. Some of the vegetables also are being sold in the market so it helps the children in earning money.
